Delete your Nibbs account

For the app Nibbs: Homework Planner (it shows as "Nibbs" on your phone)

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Nibbs and sign in with the same Google account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete my account.
4. Read the confirmation, then tap Delete everything.

If the delete can't reach our server, nothing on your phone is erased and you can try again.

Without the app

Email nibbs-support@googlegroups.com from the Google account you sign in with. Use the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply when it's done. If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm before deleting anything.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in for that account.
• The cloud copy of your classes, assignments, tests, homework times, vacations, locked times, timer history, coins and settings saved with the account.
• Your support tickets and replies stored in Nibbs.
• Your age group, your Tree memberships, Trees you planted, shares you sent that are still waiting, and who you let see your schedule.
• The homework on the phone you used to delete (in-app delete only).

What isn't deleted automatically

• A copy of a support ticket already sent to our private support tracker. Ask in your delete email and we'll remove it too.
• Homework still saved on another phone or browser. It stays there until you sign out or remove Nibbs on that device.
• Assignments someone already accepted from you. They're that person's copy now.
