Terms of use

These terms are the deal between you and Vectrix LLC ("we", "us"), the company that makes Nibbs, when you use Nibbs: Homework Planner on any device. By using Nibbs, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Nibbs.

Who can use Nibbs

• You must be 13 or older. Nibbs is not for children under 13.
• Nibbs is offered in the United States.
• If you're under 18, use Nibbs with your parent or guardian's permission.

Your account

You can use the planner without an account. If you sign in, keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for what happens under it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your homework is yours

You own what you type into Nibbs. You let us store and process it only to run Nibbs for you, as described in our Privacy policy. Nibbs suggests a plan; you're still the one who decides what to work on and when. Always check due dates with your teacher.

Trees: how to treat each other

Trees are small study groups. To keep them safe, you agree not to:

• Bully, harass, threaten or embarrass anyone.
• Use names, tree names or shared assignments to send hurtful, sexual, hateful or violent messages.
• Pretend to be someone else, or lie about your age to join a group for a different age.
• Share someone else's personal information.
• Spam people with shares or requests.

We have zero tolerance for abuse. Anyone can report or block a member. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and remove people who post it, up to closing their account.

Things you can't do

Don't break the law with Nibbs, try to get into other people's data, attack or overload our systems, or copy, resell or reverse-engineer the app.

Premium and ads

Nibbs is free and may show non-personalized ads. Premium removes ads. If you buy Premium in the iPhone or Android app, Apple or Google handles the payment, renewal and refunds under their own terms, and you manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. Prices are shown before you buy.

Changes and ending

We may update Nibbs or these terms. If a change is important, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect. You can stop using Nibbs and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

The legal part

Nibbs is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that your plan will get every assignment done on time. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for missed deadlines, grades, or indirect losses from using Nibbs.
